I don't really know how they work because I struggled to get them into HALF of my drains, especially the bathroom sinks, which is kind of where you want to put them, as these can get clogged with hair and such. I ordered a ton of them. It will be years before I go through them, since I can hardly use any of them. They only fit in the kitchen sink and the shower/tubs.

My bathroom sink has drained slowly for years. I tried all kinds of ways to open it up. Finally, I bought some Sani Sticks. It took about 2/3 of the package, but the drain runs fast now. I intend to keep using them periodically to prevent clogs in the future!
